for the time you use, allowing you to control

flexible hours of cover - from normal office hours thought
to full 24x7 - allowing customers to match the service
to their business needs.
Flat Hourly Rate: Support time is charged
at a flat hourly rate for both onsite and remote support.
Unused time will be credited for future support rather
than lost.
Remote Assistance: Our engineers can
securely control your PC/Server desktop remotely from
our offices, allowing you to show us the problem rather
than having to describe it. Our engineers can then diagnose
and solve issues without having to talk you through any
instructions. You can leave it all to us.
Onsite Assistance: If your problem cannot
be solved via 1st line support it is escalated (with your
consent) to an onsite visit. We schedule our qualified
engineers on your time table and we make sure that they
know exactly what they need to do once they arrive. Onsite
assistance is deducted at the hourly rate.
