Coulter Hurst switched to SG when our providers at the time failed to provide the support needed following a very stressful office move, along with other unsatisfactory support issues. We have undergone numerous upgrades with MICT including fitting a new server and installing a terminal server platform to work alongside existing PC’s. This went ahead out of hours and resulted in no downtime for users. Any support issues or ‘niggles’ were responded to immediately and the project was a great success.

Bridgehead Container ServicesIn the summer of 2009 MICT saved our company’s data from complete disaster. The server had collapsed and our backup system had been proved inadequate. Our then supplier told us we would have to buy a new server and start a new database from scratch. Following a cry for help at lunchtime on a Friday, Tim Bold, Managing Director of MerseysideICT, examined the situation and convinced us he might be able to help.

MICT worked on the database over the weekend and by 22.00 on Sunday night a new server with our database completely restored was installed in our office.

Since that date MICT have kept a watchful eye on our database and systems. Their staff have always responded quickly and successfully to any computer problems we may have. This has given us the confidence to concentrate on our business in the knowledge that our data is secure.
